How am i suppose to pay for a deposit when we do a military move?

This will be me and my wifes first out of state move. The Area we are moving too is alot more expensive the the small town we live in now. I stopped working when my wife left for boot camp because we were expecting to be moved in three months and i was taking care of my son but its been 4 months at training and 2 months at bootcamp. She hasnt even started classes yet and she has been there 4 months and her classes are only 3 weeks long lol. But back to the topic at hand, Are there any allowances given before the move to help with these cost? I dont want to go into debt just to make a move. Where im living now it cost 500 bucks a month for a two bedroom townhome with garage and front and backyard. Where im moving to its almost 1000 dollars for a two bedroom apartment in a not so good area, Plus the deposit of 500 dollars, plus a 200 dollar administrative fee, which is close to 2000 dollars to move after adding in two application fees, and a fees for holding the apartment for a month. HELP
