How am I going to afford a car? any guaranteed car loan company who will accept me?

I applied for a loan three different times. Once alone, and twice with two different cosigners and was denied each time. All I asked for is $4000.
I can't afford a car. I can't afford anything. I'm at my wits end.
Is there any loan place that's guaranteed?
