My exercise equipment has calories counters on them...You enter your weight and your height and age and it updates you with how many calories you've burned.
I realize these things can never been completely accurate and it's just an estimate. But how close to accurate are they? Because I use my exercise bike for 20 minutes going 20mph and it says I've burned 350 calories. The reason I'm skeptical is because it just doesn't seem that hard. Sure, I sweat, but I'm not like worn out or anything. So I wouldn't think I'd just burned 350 calories.
