So i was talking to a person iv known since high school, they said they had a 99 4 door dodge neon. The brakes are new, the driver side window doesn't roll down, the ac doesn't work. Also it has one rust spot, needs new tires soon and has only 120,000 miles on it. I asked how much, they said 300. Now i plan on looking at it tomorrow. Im like 300 thats cheap, im a college student i love things cheap. I have heard mixed reviews about Neons. What do you think?
