...the water can I do to improve that? I'm a sophomore in high school and just started swimming again but this time on a swim team and not lessons. I took a 3 yr break from on and off lessons since I was 6. My swim team has 1 hr practice on Mondays, tuesdays, thursdays and fridays and 2 hr practice on wednesdays. I want to be able to do a 500m I don't care how long it takes me I just don't want to get exhausted and feel like im going to die. will I be able to do this in less than 3 months??? and is their ANY OTHER exercises outside the water that I can do to help it out??
