Did search for a UK pace one, honest :)

Anyway, haven't finished watching it yet but two things ..

Olivia Wilde and the others finally make the proper opening credits ..

and line of the night .. "House .. the water .. is burning my lady parts" :D :D
 
really liked the episode actually. when it first started it just seemed wrong that he was getting it on with cuddy, but at the end of the episode it actually seemed 'right'.

good stuff - glad it's back.
 
Glad to see that Cuddy carried on the TV cliche of covering herself with the sheet in bed. Enjoyed the episode but hope that House can keep his finger off the self destruct button for a few episodes.
 
Yeah I thought that was a bit daft - even the scene where she seemingly dived head first onto the bed, she still instinctively covered herself up ..
 
wow surprised to see there are only three posts in this thread. Glad house has returned. A good start to the season, I really hope 13 leaves for good, never liked her. House actually smiled and seemed happy for most of the epsiode.

I think its obvious to house and Cuddy, that the relationship wont last.
 
Apologies, but I am going to have to be one of those really annoying people that turns up late and asks if anyone knows if or when the episode is repeated. :o

I don't watch Sky as a rule so had completely missed the fact that it was starting yesterday. I am on Virgin cable, so I don't think we get any form of Sky catch-up service.
 
Glad to see House back, but must say I was a bit disappointed by this opening episode - the House/Cuddy romance doesn't feel right to me, and surely Cuddy would never have just left things in that state at the hospital - plus failing to check that her baby is ok!
 
If I was in bed with House the last thing on my mind would be my work or family ! I think the romance is doomed but they can't pretend it never happened.
 
Big fan of House and the series usually get off to a slow start
So hopefully it will pick up and get back on track in next few weeks

Can't see how the love affair can last though, wouldn't be
the same & can't see it working with a happy Greg

Off topic but having seen H.L. again in Backadder
last night it shows what a good actor he is to go from
the fop/camp George to this role
 
I really, really hope the next episode is a lot better....the only bit I really enjoyed was the bit with Wilson stuck in the window, as for "Huddy", I've only just stopped cringing over that.

:(

I've been a loyal viewer from Season One and I wouldnt like to have to drop out now, so here's hoping it improves.
 
Yeah I wondered a) what she'd done with her kid while she was with House and b) where she managed to get some pyjamas from!

I hope the next episode follows the usual format - someone having a fit/passing out/etc., then the opening credits, then focussing on their story and not just loaRAB of Huddy.

Though Wilson breaking in through the window and the whole shebang with the neurosurgeon did amuse me :)
 
Giving it one more episode before it gets axed from my Sky Plus as yet another US drama gone on for one season too much.
