House is titled to 3 people. Loan is in one. One person's claiming bankrupt....

...What is going to happen? I am wondering what rights we have to keep home? What could trustee appoint us to do? The house is titled to me, my husband, and mother. Loan is in husbands name. Mother has claimed bankrupt and has already been ordered to sell her home. The trustee says next is ours to pay off her creditors. We have lived in home for 8 years.
 
I would think that you would have to buy out her share of the house, 1/3rd.,,,, Good luck
