Hotsync Errors

Hello,

I have been trying to get my Tungsten T2 to work on my computer for ages now and eventually got it to sync with outlook the other day, but I still get some errors. The first one I get is on my Tungsten which a windows comes up after the Hotsync operation and it is titled "HotSync" and then message reads:

"You now need to reset your handheld computer by tapping the button below."

All I get is a "Reset" button and this happens every time (no data seems to be lost, it is just annoying).

The second error I receive is from the HotSync program. Here is a log of my last hotsync:
