So if I am definitely buying the Curve, work out of the house most of the time --- but make most of my longer chit-chat calls when I am at home (use data when working on set - I do makeup/hair). Is this a service I should get for sure?

I have a 2000 minute family plan now, and my husband will be getting my 8700g/hand-me-down. This would actually make it easier for me to go down in minutes on our plan. He rarely uses his cell.

If you have a curve and set up the WIFI then for $9.99 a month your minutes at home will be unlimited. Between that and My Faves I cut my family minutes in HALF.

Looks like the $9.95 price has expired. It's on their website for $19.95 per month now. Ouch.

I added this last night to my Family plan and it still hasn't showed up on My T-Mobile yet. I did get the text message on all our phones saying my changes had been made as of 09/11/07 though.
