I work at a independent place which I will not name within California. I have worked there for over a year. I am trying to figure out what to do to report them about the practices that go on, such as the owner's wife smoking in the back by the kitchen inside the building, her yelling at employee's and creating a hostile work environment in many ways. She has fired people for utterly no reason, while the husband has went back and told the employee to just come in tomorrow, there are many other aspects to the situation, but I am curious to whom I report or contact about all of this. Any Ideas?
