What is it called when an adolescent receives a guilty verdict for a crime but rather than prison, must attend a ranch of some sort, usually a horse ranch? I know there are RTC (Residential Treatment Center). but what if it's not something that needs treatment, more a teen who needs to learn a lesson and completely a certain number of volunteer hours?
