Well, this is my favorite genre of....everything! This thread is for fellow fans to list their favs of the genre and talk about it.
My favorite of this genre, and anime all together, is Hellsing Ultimate. I love gothic, horror, action, bloody massacres, vampires, and characters that can dish out over the top ownage, so this anime is perfect to me, except for ep. 5 of course. That was the biggest dissappointment of my life.
Honorable mentions go to Trinity Blood, Claymore, and D. Gray Man. I guess Gantz can get one, too, but the ending pissed me off and forced me to read the manga.
Anyone got somemore?
