I had a handy man come out today to fix my front door frame.(it was kicked in). My wife was being dumb and paid the guy without checking his work. I came home and the door case has a big crack at the bottom. The door has a huge gap between it and the frame and the dude couldn't even line up the trim correctly. Anyway, is there legally anything that I can do about this if he decides not to fix what he broke?
