horrible B.O

hi am a 27yr old with horrible b.o it started after my 21st bday and it hasn't stop ever since.. It has really taking a hold of my life.. I can't function in a normal society like this! Sometimes I smell like if I have burned something n smeared it all over my body, other times I smell like pee!!! It's really embarrassing. I've gone to the doctor to check my kidney but the say everything is working at it should.. Am thinking it mightbe my colon or my stomach.. I really don't want to live like this no more am sick of it.. If there anything anyone can do for me.. Am desperate..
