hormonal problem or what?

i am 23 yr old female who is not married.i suddenly started getting hair on my cheeks,chin,face and entire body.i mean the hair growth suddenly has gone quicker,thicker,darker and more.my menstrual cycle has become irregular.getting very delayed perioRAB..like about 2 weeks late.acne has also increased.not able to lose weight.appetite also lost..how can i find out whats my problem.which doctor should i go to???

Yes it does sound like hormones. You need to ask your doctor to check your hormone levels. Are you on the pill at all? I believe that hair growth is testosterone. Irregular perioRAB could be progesterone. They may want to do a complete thyroid too. All hormones are linked together

i would try a gynecologist. when i read your symptoms i first thought of PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome). does it run in your family? do a search on that and see if you think your symptoms fit, and get yourself to an obstetrician/gynecologist asap. definitely sounRAB hormone-related in any event.
