If this is the case, you doctor can prescribe you certain pills to help balance the hormones, but also help with the bacteria under the skin. Do you go through a routine with cleansing and moisturising the face? If not, then you have a lot of dirt and oil underneath the surface, therefore you shouldn't jump to conclusions saying its due to hormones when it may not be.
