Hoppe airmaxx 2 vents

Has anyone tried the hoppe airmaxx 2 vents on there non vented lowers. Heard mixed reviews on the vents that install in the center but these look like they are designed more like the stock vented lowers and would give more airflow. Tried to do a search but couldn't find anything.
 
When I was looking for vents, I could not find anything on these Hoppe vents except the high price. I have never even seen any on a bike and I have been to some large gatherings.

I ended up with the vents along the leading edge of the lowers and they seem to work fine.
