Ok i handed the cables to my friend assumed he had the right ends hooked mine up tried to jump it the fuse box on my car starts smoking, well i check his end fix the error and try starting it after awhile the car will start but turns off if you dont give it gas, so i was trying to bring it back home and on the way i was trying to make it up the hill, lights and everything were some what working (the battery most likely was still powering the car) it didnt receive enough power to make it up the hill. My question is what exactly might have happened, i think personally the Alternator was blown.
