Hook up DVD and TV and VCR and Satellite????

I have an older TV and I think I have to use an RF modulator to hook up the DVD player. How do I do this? Previously, my satellite connection was hooked into the satellite box and another wire went from that to the TV. Then the VCR was plugged into the satellite box. Now I want to add the DVD player with the RF modulator. HELP!!!!
