honey stuck in car window, and my car window is "jumpy". Any resolutions?

dont know who did it but i got honey poured all over my car, and my car window is jumpyish, and sticks to the top when the window is up, what can i do to fix this? thanks
 
If you havent already done so, wash your car! a car wash would be my best suggestion becauise its a high pressure wash and if you get the best car wash, the one that uses the wax, you should be able to get rid of all that honey, you might have to go through the car wash a few times but i know it will work.

as for the window, spray the top part with WD40, and then spary the window with the same. clean it off, and you should be all set.
