I loved this as a kid, especially the first two. I haven't seen any of these on TV lately. I miss the good, funny, well written, original family films of the late 80's and 90's.

Beethoven, Ace Ventura, Home Alone etc.. (Beethoven's 2nd was one of my favorites)

I remember renting videos from Ritz, then eventually Blockbuster, getting annoyed when they weren't rewound, and also taping things from TV onto VHS (still have some of these in the attic)

The first two are top class,very solid,imaginative Disney movies.The charm and reason had worn off by the third movie (think it was made for TV),but it's still a decent attempt.

Shame Rick Moranis retired from acting,he was much underrated.
 
Charcole911, you have listed some of the best films of my childhood, I think we share the same taste! Honey I Shrunk The KiRAB was shown at the end of Dcember last year on BBC1 and C4 showed the second film around then, in HD too. I have the trilogy DVD but have never got round to watching the 3rd installment, for me the first one will always be the favourite.

I got my little brother the 1-3 box set of Problem Child on DVD for Christmas. He watches them constantly, as well as the Home Alone 1-4 box set he got last year.

I have fond memories of 1 and 2 myself, but Problem Child 3? Why did they even bother? Same goes for Home Alone 3 and 4.
 
Theres also an Addams Family Reunion which was utter rubbish! The first 2 were awesome, but this was a step too far and a totally different cast too *shudder*

Addams family values was also a childhood VHS favourite! :)
