Honestly, have you come across any Muslims in R and S being offensive, ranting or such?

Besides me...... (not gonna give the wiseguys a chance)

Spending months time and again in R and S, I can only think of one incidence of a Muslim swearing and being rude.

How about you guys?

The point I'm trying to put forward is that Muslims who are educated and spend time in intellectual stuffs are universally gentle, polite and considerate, as opposed to the rhetorical and uneducated so-called Muslims we hear about in the news.

The uneducated ones are the majority though.

And it doesn't only apply to Muslims.
 
Your question is for non Muslim, but Alhamdulillah I am Muslim.
I want to clear few things on other Muslims behalf.
There are few non Muslims, who do not even understand meanings of Religion and Islam in particular but try to pose as scholar of Religion including Islam.
Living in so called Islamic state with some Muslims does not make them scholar of Religion (specially Islam).
Showing real face of some one or some state involved in crime is not sin.
I don't care if some ignorants gives me thumbs down, on giving reality and showing true faces of crooked ones.
 
Your right it is the witchcraft practitioners and atheists that start all the problems. But then they blame it on everyone else.
