...bike (speed or tork) ? hi im going to be passing my test january 4th 2010 and i want to buy a red Honda xr400 but i am restricted to 33BHP i was woundering whats the standard BHP for a xr400??? i know they can be restricted, and also when a bike is restricted to 33bhp what does it restrict does it mean they bike has less bottom end power or cant go the fastest its capble of??? thanks best regards joe
