Honda XR Engine Trouble?

Hi I was wondering if any one can help me out, my bike wont start, i'm getting a spark so my coil and HT lead are definitely working, and i'm getting fuel to the carburettor, my starter is also turning however my engine will not fire up, there's also oil in my system and my engine is not seized, any help would be much appreciated, cheers
