I agree with Pete. If you have or can borrow a charger, try a good slow (trickle) charge first. Just know that you should take the battery out to charge it. And never put a battery on concrete. Always put it on wood for charging or storage. If that doesn't work, take it to a car parts store like Walmart, Sears or some store like that. They will test for free. If it's bad you can buy a new one while there. BTW... Cold does really affect a low or bad battery. A bad battery will stall your car while driving down the road also. Just using the lights and radio can leave you out in the cold wishing you had changed that battery out.
