Okay, I posted a question earlier but maybe i will have some luck. Its a 2002 Honda Accord SE 4-door 124k miles. It was working fine, after sitting for only a few hours while still warm it refused to start. It still does not start. At first starting the car a click could be heard. Now it is nothing but a small buzz and click from the fuse box area. It is dead! The battery tested good, i took the battery from my other car and it still didn't start. I am at a loss. We would have to tow it to a shop. They will probably start replacing parts without knowing what is really wrong with it. My first suspicion would be the Starter, or some fuse. The only problems I have had with this car were a bad trans and a bad p/s pump. The only symptoms before this were a whoosing sound coming from the engine valve cover, and the "maintenance required light". (the antitheft key light does not flash so I don't think its related to the alarm.)Help!?!?
We battery was made 10/2008. The cables are pristine clean.
