We are looking at a new Honda Civic si, or a new Scion tC. We will probably buy this weekend or next week, and I was wondering, which do you think is better to go with?
I thought Honda was better because they tend to have a good reputation, and Scion is newer and although I know they're related to Toyota, I am still unconvinced that the quality would be equal to an older Toyota or a Honda.
Our last car (1996 Oldsmobile) died and now I have problems trusting engines and workmanship in vehicles.
So which would you buy...new Civic si or new tC?
Initially we were also considering a Cobalt SS, but it would have to be used since Cobalt has been replaced by the Cruze. Also, after the incident with the Oldsmobile, I prefer to buy Japanese rather than American cars.
