Ok. Im 14, and I want something I can used to ride around to friends houses......I found a 1984 Honda Spree on Ebay for $280....I want a gas scooter...electric is too slow and I'd rather not have to charge it.....i need a way to convince my parents to let me buy one....i am going to pay for as much of it as I can.....also, would this be a good idea?
