Honda scooter starts, but stalls when you hit the gas!!! HELP!!!!?

scooter starts of fine but stalls when you hit the gas..new bat, oil changed..was working fine 2 days ago. Honda elite 80cc

carburetor problem. either to much gas or not enough.
