Honda Prelude with DOHC Cost more to work on because of DOHC?

I'm looking at a 1998 Honda Prelude and my parents think this car is too fast for me since it does have the double over-head cams in it. However I was in a car accident this summer (not my fault, I was a passenger) and would never, ever put my life in this kind of situation again. Who would.? But my honest question would be, is the car going to cost more to work on because of the DOHC? Because it seems like all the newer model cars are coming out with DOHC in them on STANDARD models.? Your help is greatly appreciated.
