Honda parking brake problems and money tight.Is this a "do-it-yourself" fix and...

...if so, HOW? More details below? Parking brake is sticking and producing drag in right/rear wheel. Otherwise my Honda is in great shape with less than 50,000 miles on odometer. I lost my job and can't afford to pay a mechanic much less a Honda Tech, but on the plus side I have plenty of time to fix it myself. I'd appreciate any advice or pointers you can give...THANKS in advance!
 
since only one side is sticking;......its not the brake cable............
sounds like a sticky rear wheel brake caliper that you could not fix by yourself
 
could be the cable. google it. yesterday i googled how to fix the toilet. its there somewhere
