I've been having this weird problem with a fuse on my wife's Odyssey. When the fuel door opens the power doors on the driver side should get deactivated. But when the fuel door opens the fuse blows. This is #12 fuse for the driver side power sliding door. All doors and locks work fine when the fuse is in place when the fuel door is closed.
To save the fuse we have to pull it before fueling the car.
I tried several times to figure out where the problem is. I bought a repair manual but it didn't help much because they don't give you locations of all electrical components on the car. I found the fuel door switch and it works fine. I couldn't located the fuel door relay but it seems to be fine because its coil measures 120Ohm (0.1A wouldn't blow 20A fuse). The biggest problem is that I can't find the location of the Sliding Door Lock Control Unit. Is it in the door, under the dashboard or somewhere else? How do I find it?
