A Honda Legend is the same basic vehicle as the Accura Legend sold in North America, though it's on the smaller US and Canadian Accord Coupe body pan. It's sold through the world, excluding the US and Canada. It's not made in US or Canadian versions and cannot be legally imported into either country.
It's not a RHD issue in Canada or the US, but safety and emissions standards. RHD vehicles are perfectly legal in the US if they meed US DOT safety and US EPA emissions standards though there are not many on US roads. RHD vehicles can be used anywhere in Europe as anyone who has moved from the UK to the Continent can tell you. (Been there, done that.)
