Honda heating problem?

1996 Honda Civic with 4 cyl single cam engine slowly over heats. Have cleaned radiator, new cooling fan, fan temp switch, water pump, head gasget, it still slowly heats up, then blows steam out radiator to reserve water tank hose. No water in oil. Head did not appear to be warped ( + or - .008) I'am in remote Nicaragua, need help! Thanks, Zorro
