Just got a used 2007 Honda Accord with 35k miles from a dealer and since it is Wisconsin and 10 degrees, I tried starting the car (which was left outside overnight) and the dash lights went super dim and the starter seemed to really struggle but finally the car started.... The battery looks pretty new so what is up here?
