honda elite sr50 i want it to run 60mph do i haft to change the gears in the trans?

im getting 85cc big bore and 2000k clutch spring 8 and 7 gram roller weights and 28mm carb and preformance intake preformance exhaust with all this could i hit 50+ or do i haft to change the trans gear
