I have a 99 Prelude engine (H22A4) in my 96 Civic hatchback. Car is wired for internal coil distributor. Is it wrong to use an OBD1 H22A1 vtec distributor on an OBD2 H22A4? The A4 is USDM. Could this fry anything up? Honda Veteran swappers would know this one.
I think it is causing short outs. I went thru 2 dizzy already. Should I just rewire for an external dizzy and ingnition coil and all that? Looking for advice please.
