my accord lx 94' has been having a problem lately, i turn the key to the ON position and nothing happens on the first try, but if i hold it for a second it will start up, or i will have to repeat this procedure several times. My lights still cut on when the key is in?? and the car only does this on certain occasions, it'll be fine then it wont be.
