Hi all. My friend has a honda civic 2007 dx. Unfortunately, he put 'Diesel' on his car by the mistake.
He drove the car to my place and won't Startt when he go back. He has a honda warranty so he calldealer shipp and towed the car away. After few hours, the dealer called explain that he has to drain diesel and clean it up. It's about 4 hours labor, and will cost around $350. Dealership closed early evening and he promise to get it done another day. But he didn't confirm how much it is. He said he will do his best. Is it normal they don't give price first or invoice before they fix?
