My 93 del sol's D16Z6 is toast. There's no chance of a rebuild, I just need a completely new engine. My question is, are there any options for easy, fairly straightforward swaps, or do I have to get another d16z6? A mechanic is doing the work, not me. I don't need anything better then the z6 power wise, and I don't care about having to down grade either. The transmission will not be changed. I'm just looking for what is easiest, and cheapest.
