Hi, i have a 1982 honda ct70 mini trail bike and it starts up, but when i try to rev it with the throttle it stalls. I took apart the carburetor and cleaned everything, i cleaned out the main jet, and when i took the slow idle jet out, i tried cleaning it, but when i couldn't stick a small needle all the way through the jet i thought it didn't have a hole all the way through it. I was wondering what the slow idle jet was for? i just found out what the jet was called like 10 minutes ago. I also was wondering if the slow idle jet was supposed to have a hole going all the way through it, and if that was the reason my mini bike wouldn't stay started? thank you, thats all.
