It's worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. You haven't told us the year, so we can't really be much help. You will have to do the research yourself by searching e-bay or craigslist - don't forget to include expired auctions/classifieds. kbb.com might help too. Google "Honda CT forum" - you'll be amazed at what you find.
 
is it worth fixing and keeping?
mine needs a new seat
ive had it for about 6 years now it runs perfect and was pretty much new an old man gave me it he had it in storage for a while.
