Honda crx model 1987 1.6 i twin cam 16 valve pgmfi?

The problem lies here my car has brand new engine and with racing clutch
accel yellow coil accel wires 8.8 mm brand new factory injectors and throttle stock body.The car is very fast up to 140kmh after that it loses
power dramatically and hardly reaches 200kmh any ideas please help
