I really need some help, it seems that absolutely nobody knows whats wrong on google :/, so you guys are my last hope. As i took off my carb, i was looking at my Jet needle, or whatever the hell it is. Took off my carb, cleaned it, and everything, and as i went to put on the carb cap, my throttle didnt work, it went half, then stuck. So as i was taking it off, i heard a faint click, I took the cap back off, and now, I'm not sure if the Jet Needle should have some resistance, or should it just go up and down freely, becuase i had found this triangle spring with folded ends that was at my knees as i took off the carb, so yeah, HELP!?
