Honda Crf 150r dirtbike problems..?

I have a 08 crf 150r that has been in the shop for about a month or a month and a half. I had my cluth perch and clutch lever replaced and my whole front brake master cylinder. I just got it back and I am having trouble keeping it running. I have to choke it and kick it a couple times to get it started. After the choke has been on for about 5 mins I take it off and it dies. Do I need to keep the choke on longer?? Do I need new gas?? Oh and also when I ride it and I let off the gas it pops pretty bad. I've only rode it once since i got it back and i was wondering what the problem is? Thanks
