ok i have a 97 civic lx 1.6 non vtec, ok i found a exhaust leak and found out it was my manifold, it was cracked and the cat is right below the crack aint that big but i dont want it gettin worse, my mechanic said he will weld it for 35 bucks and put it back, but if i do that will it last. ok and can that be the reason for my cooling fan turning on every minute, does the cracked manifold make the car run hotter
