i have a 1990 honda cr 250r and i keeps foulings plugs after about 15 to 20 minutes of riding ...but i put in a new plug and it does the same thing...when i take out the plug and look at it its black...my idle is turned almost all the way down...i use a 40:1 mix...and my air fuel mixture screw is about 1 and 1/2 turns out...whats goin on???
