Honda cr 250 96 now and again the kick start woun't budge?

hello,i have a cr 250 1996 sometimes the kick start wount budge at all and im quite a fat git, but if i put it in gear & rock back & forth its all ok good of compresion and all that,and also my kick start fell off , do i have t get a cr 250 one or is there any other tipes or aftermarket ones
