honda concerto 1.5 stalling?

The car stalls after pressing accelerator quickly from idle or after
removing foot from accelerator while changing gears. It does only after engine has warmed. Tried
rising idle and cleaning throttle body but it didn't help
much. Could it be idle air control valve? If yes, where is it located and how do I clean it?
