honda civic with turbo?

ok well i have a 95 honda civic and i want to put a turbo in it. after i bought the car the engine got messed up. so we put a 2000 engine in it and swtich most of the parts from the old engine to the new one so it would fit like the original. do you think it could handle a turbo? and its non v tec
